Our admission process is designed to welcome aspiring students and provide them with the best opportunities for a promising future.

You will need to submit the following documents: Previous academic result cards copies, parent/guardian CNIC copy, student CNIC/B-Form copy, passport size photos. After the final results are out, provide copy of result card. Document requirements may vary by desired course.

MPHSS College offers a range of financial aid options to support students in their educational journey. Merit-based scholarships, offering fee waivers up to 100%, acknowledge academic excellence for students with scores of 70% or above on limited seats. Tuition fee exemptions extend to teachers’ children, siblings, lump sum payments, Hafiz-e-Quran or Madaris’ teachers’ children, while the MPHSS family members and sports achievers can also get fee concessions. Moreover, provisions for children of retired/serving government/forces’ employees, as well as students with special needs, ensure fee concession. Need-based fee concessions are also available, subject to college review and approval.

Yes, KIPS College considers academic performance as a criterion for admission. The exact mark requirement may vary depending on the program or course you’re applying for but usually 60% marks are required.

Scholarships are an excellent way to recognize and reward students for their academic achievements and potential. MPHSS College has vowed to bring out the best in every student, therefore, the following Merit Awards and Scholarships have been introduced.

Merit-Based Scholarships:

  • Merit scholarships are available with fee waivers of up to 100%.
  • Students with a score of 70% or above are eligible to apply for merit-based scholarships, subject to the college’s scholarship policy.

Tuition Fee Discounts & Exemptions:

The following are entitled to exemption in tuition fee as described below:

  • Teachers’ Children: Children of teachers working in academic institutions affiliated with BISE & Public Universities are eligible for a tuition fee exemption.
  • Kinship: Among two or more brothers and sisters, one will pay the full fee, while the rest will receive a concession.
  • Lumpsum Fee Payment: Candidates paying the entire tuition fee as a lump sum at the time of admission can avail a 10% concession.
  • Hafiz-e-Quran or Madaris’ Teachers’ Children: Candidates who are Hafiz-e-Quran or the sons/daughters of Hafiz-e-Quran or teachers at Deeni Madaris are eligible for fee concessions.
  • Scholarships for Ex-KIPSIANS: Former MPHSS students can avail fee concessions in their next classes.
  • MPHSS Family Fee Concession: Once a student becomes a MPHSS family member in any segment, they can avail fee concessions.
  • Sportsmen & Sportswomen: Students excelling in sports can qualify for fee waivers by providing authentic documents and passing the necessary tests.
  • Retired/Serving Government/Forces’ Employees: Special concessions are available for children of retired/serving government/forces’ employees as per the college’s policies.

Students With Special Needs:

Seats are reserved for students with physical disabilities to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.

Need-Based Concession:

Students facing financial constraints can apply for need-based fee concessions, which will be granted upon review and satisfaction by the college authority.

The method of applying to MPHSS College for admission is straightforward and consists of the following steps:

  1. Visit the Desired Campus: Prospective students should visit the MPHSS College campus they are interested in attending. This allows them to familiarize themselves with the campus environment, facilities, and interact with the college staff for any queries they may have.
  2. Get Prospectus: Upon visiting the campus, students need to purchase the college’s prospectus. The prospectus contains detailed information about the courses offered, admission requirements, fee structure, and other essential details.

  4. Submit the Form along with Documents: After filling out the admission form, students must submit it to the college’s admission office. Along with the form, they need to attach the required documents, such as educational certificates, transcripts, photographs, identification documents, and any other documents specified by the college.
  5. Evaluation: The college’s admission committee will evaluate the submitted forms and documents. The evaluation process may involve considering academic qualifications, entrance exam scores (if applicable), and other relevant criteria set by the college.
  6. Admission Offer: Based on the evaluation, successful candidates will receive an admission offer from MPHSS College. The admission offer will specify the course they are admitted to, any conditions (if applicable), and the deadline for accepting the offer.
  7. Fee Submission at Campus: After receiving the admission offer, candidates need to submit the required fees at the college campus within the given timeframe. The fees will cover the tuition and any other necessary charges.
  8. Enrollment: Once the fee payment is completed, students must complete the enrollment process. This often involves fulfilling any additional formalities or documentation requested by the college.
